RUMOURS: Chelsea have £57m bid rejected for Lukaku

The Blues remain confident of securing a deal for the Everton striker, even though the club are holding out for £75 million

 Chelsea have had a £57 million bid rejected by Everton for Romelu Lukaku, according to the Mirror.

The report claims that the Toffees are demanding £75m for the Belgium international but Chelsea are confident that they can secure a deal for less.

Everton have accepted that the striker wants to leave Goodison Park this summer in order to rejoin his former club.

Chelsea sold the 23-year-old to Everton for £28m in 2014.
