PAUL POGBA has touched down in Los Angeles ahead of his Manchester United medical, according to reports.
And according to France Football and L'Equipe journalist Nabil Djellit, things are moving quickly.
He tweeted yesterday evening: "Paul #Pogba is ideal to pass a medical examination for #ManUtd, in the direction of #LosAngeles...? # Mercato."
Before confirming he had landed, saying: "#Pogba has just landed in #LosAngeles...it is 13:36 local time...#Mercato#Manutd."
Pogba has previously been in Miami on holiday recovering from his Euro 2016 exploits with France.
Reports suggested earlier this week that the 23-year-old had a medical booked in, but his agent cancelled it.
Mino Raiola was unhappy with both clubs disagreeing on a £20m fee he is set to pocket for brokering the deal and as a result he put the deal on hold.
But the dispute looks to have been resolved with the Daily Star claiming a deal has finally been agreed.
United are set to pay an initial £112m fee with the total cost rising to £178m with his wages included.
The report claims Pogba has put pen to paper on a five-year deal and will take home £275,000 a week, adding another £66m to the cost of the deal.
