Few footballers in the world work harder than Alexis Sanchez.
The Chilean forward has been playing football almost non-stop four seasons.
After completing the 2014 campaign with Barcelona, Alexis played at the 2014 World Cup, scoring four goals, before moving to Arsenal.
He then played the 2014-15 season with the Gunners, flew to Chile, and won the Copa America on home soil last summer.
He returned to Arsenal for 2015-16, only to complete another year by heading for the US for another Copa America, which Chile won again.
With all that game time, it’s not surprising the 27-year-old’s body needs time to recuperate.
In his latest social media update, the Arsenal forward showed he was having work done on his ankle.
His message confirmed he was getting “treatment” to get “better”.
Also noticeable in the background of the picture was the big, gold Copa America trophy.
Arsenal fans will be hoping he’s better for the start of new season.
