Whilst preparing for the 2016/17 season with a tour of North America, Real Madrid opened the doors to their training ground to welcome Didier Drogba, who was quick to praise Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, admitting that he is favourite to win this year's Ballon d'Or.
The 38-year-old who now plays his club football for Montreal Impact in the MLS called in to chat with various stars from Los Blancos and posed for a photograph with French boss Zinedine Zidane.
The Madrid coach is a hero of Drogba's as the striker who grew up in France represented Marseille, the hometown club of Zidane before shooting to fame and dominating the English football scene, winning an astounding 14 trophies in the Chelsea blue.
"Cristiano Ronaldo deserves the Ballon d'Or this year," the former Chelsea striker said.
