JOSE MOURINHO believes it has taken him only two Premier League games to make Manchester United a BETTER team than they were under Louis Van Gaal.
ON THE UP: Mourinho reckons he's turned things around at United
And with the feel-good factor back at Old Trafford, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed he already has a "vision"of winning the title.
United defeated Southampton 2-0 on Friday night with the super Swede getting both goals.
And boss Mourinho said: "I think anyone can see there are differences to the past two or three years.
"The team is improving, the team is playing differently.
"I think even the fans and the way they react is not just because of their passion for the club.
"It is also because they are happy with the signs of the evolution. So we are fine for this moment of the season. We are fine.
"I think anyone can say that we are not playing superbly- agreed.
"You are going to lose points but the later the better. If you are losing points at the start of the season then you have to chase, so it is better not to lose points now."
Ibrahimovic, meanwhile, believes United are already on course to win the league.
Under Van Gaal last season, the Red Devils finished fifth, 15 points behind champions Leicester.
Super Swede Zlatan - who has four goals in three games for his new side - thinks they are now title challengers under Mourinho.
He said: "I believe that we can win the title. I have this vision.
"But we need to work hard for it and we will do everything to bother all the other teams that want to win.
"The supporters are amazing and I have this feeling in every game that they are the 12th player on the field.
"I've played in many countries and for many big teams and the fans here are something else.
"It is really amazing and we should use that and give them something back. If we do this together we are going to be very successful."
