Nolito has agreed a three-year contract to join Manchester City, according to reports in Spain
The Spain and Celta Vigo striker, who is currently playing in Euro 2016, was linked with a return to Barcelona where he was given his debut by Pep Guardiola in 2010.
However, Nolito reportedly grew tired of waiting for the Spanish giants to make their move and has instead decided to join Guardiola at the Etihad after City met his buy-out clause of £14.1m.
Nolito, who almost joined Barcelona in the January window and was also linked with Arsenal, has scored 39 goals in 100 league appearances for Celta since joining the club from Benfica in July 2013.
He played over 100 games for Barcelona's B team but moved to Portugal in May 2011 after rejecting a contract at the Nou camp.
The 29-year-old, whose real name is Manuel Agudo Duran, received his first call-up to the Spain squad in 2014 and has scored five goals in 12 matches for his country.
