YAYA TOURE is set to sign a pre-contract agreement with a new club in January, according to his agent.
The Manchester City midfielder, 33 is out of contract next summer and has been marginalised by Pep Guardiola, who has left him out of his Champions League squad.
Despite the snub, Toure did not want to move before the transfer deadline because he stands to earn about £12million from seeing out the final year on his deal at the Etihad.
And Dimitri Seluk his client will not be short of offers when the January window opens and clubs offer a pre-contract deal to sign him on a free at the end of the season.
Yaya Toure is out of favour under Pep Guardiola
"Yaya can sign a pre-contract agreement with clubs from abroad in January, " he said. "He will have many offers from clubs. Of course, China and America want him but we will have a lot of offers from England and Europe. He is in very good shape, very good condition - I think he lost seven kilograms [just over one stone].
"Maybe that's not good enough for Guardiola - but then Zlatan Ibrahimovic wasn't good enough for him. In January we will see. It is three months to wait - no problem. Yaya is a very professional guy."
